A celebration of Steve's life

Funeral service is at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 1:30 pm.

Attendance at the crematorium is restricted to 100 so if you wish to attend please contact Roberts Bros on 01978 756997 so your name can be added to the list.

As part of celebrating Steve's life we will be fulfilling his wish to be in festival dress. He liked to wear black band t-shirts and his favourite colours were red and black. We would love it if you wear something meaningful to you and your personal connection with Steve but please just wear whatever you are comfortable in.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation we would ask anyone with symptoms not to attend and for all attendees to perform a lateral flow test before arriving and wear a mask. We would also ask you to maintain social distancing and hand hygiene practices.

After the service we hope that as many of you as possible return to the house and garden that Steve loved so much.  Unfortunately, there is no parking on our lane but there is plenty at the top of it. There will be a map on the order of service and we suggest that you park along Heol Offa or on one of the streets that go off it to your left.

When you walk down Tanllan Lane Adwy Farm is about 300 metres down and is the first house (old stone) on the right.

For anyone unable to attend the service is being live streamed.  If you are unable to watch it at the time of the service you can use the same link below to watch a recording at your own convenience:

Family flowers only please but we would value very much donations in memory of Steve to Myeloma UK. Steve`s cancer was so rare (plasma cell leukemia) that there have been no peer reviewed trials and his first thought on diagnosis was what he could do to help others. We would like to raise awareness, as well as money, in Steve`s honour so please also visit the Myeloma UK site and read about Plasma Cell leukemia and its symptoms.
